Bí quyết trả lời những câu hỏi phỏng vấn vào các trường Đại học top đầu tại Mỹ

Một số trường Đại học top đầu của Mỹ coi vòng phỏng vấn là cách để kiểm tra thông tin hoặc đánh giá ứng viên trước khi đưa ra quyết định cuối cùng. Hãy cùng APUS tìm hiểu nội dung một số câu hỏi phỏng vấn thường được hỏi và bí quyết để vượt qua vòng này.

Trước tiên, hãy cùng xem một số bí quyết trả lời phỏng vấn dưới đây:

  1. Chuẩn bị kỹ 4 câu hỏi sau:

–  Bạn có thể giới thiệu bản thân được không?

–  Lí do bạn lựa chọn trường?

–  Bạn muốn học ngành gì? Tại sao?

– Ngoài học tập, bạn còn yêu thích điều gì?

  1. Liệt kê ra 4 điều bạn muốn trường hiểu thêm về bạn và đảm bảo sẽ nói hết 4 điều này trong buổi phỏng vấn
  2. Nghĩ ra những câu hỏi để hỏi lại hội đồng tuyển sinh

Tham khảo một số câu hỏi phỏng vấn từ các trường như Carnegie Mellon, Yale, University of Pennsylvania và Dartmouth College:

Carnegie Mellon:

– Các câu hỏi về học thuật: đây là cơ hội tốt để ứng viên thể hiện những điểm mạnh và chưa mạnh, những điểm yêu thích và không trong lớp học.

  1. What classes are you scheduled to have your senior year? 
  2. What classes are you looking forward to most/least and why? 
  3. What have you enjoyed most about your high school? 

Các câu hỏi về hoạt động ngoại khóa: Trường Carnegie Mellon muốn biết bạn sử dụng thời gian rảnh như thế nào và có thể đóng góp được điều gì cho trường qua những câu lạc bộ hay tổ chức cộng đồng bạn tham gia.
